ABOUT
Graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Fashion in 2018, Freya has developed an extensive portfolio throughout her time working in the fashion industry.
Freya is passionate about sustainable and ethical fashion and working for Brisbane based label Nelson Molloy has helped strengthen her abilities. Working for Nelson Molloy has taught her innovative ways to approach sustainability within the fashion industry. As Nelson Molloy is a small label, Freya is involved with every stage of the design, production, sales, e-commerce, social media and marketing process, giving her the opportunity to apply all aspects of her Bachelor of Fashion degree.
Freya's strengths are studio management, production management, design, content creation, social media managing, marketing and e-commerce.

The Answer is a collaboration between minimalist silhouettes, Queensland street style and working alongside nature. This collection is for a woman who loves to layer through the winter — having the versatility of pieces that can be worn year-round.

Through the use of natural, easy fabrics – this collection brings back a pleasant feeling of modern nostalgia. The versatility of the collection means that each garment can be mixed and matched with another, with easy, age-friendly styles accommodating to all age ranges. This collection was create with longevity in mind, with the use of natural, intentional fabrics. Sachi Studios is designed for a naturally luxurious more simple and comfortable style. Created for lovers of modern minimalism and casual comfort.
GRADUATE COLLECTION
TRUE COST 2020
Inspired by the movie “The True Cost” — This collection is to bring the mistreatment of the garment workers to the spotlight, and address the exploitation of the fashion industry due to its complexity and its breach of human right.
This collection may not solve the problem, although the objective is to drive the consumer to recognise the issues, and make others acknowledge these complications within the fashion industry.

.After watching “The True Cost” — The colours chosen for the collection where heavily inspired by water and air pollution as a result of the garment industry and the awful contamination the fashion industry has on the environment.
Through the use of print design, garment design and embellishments; each outfit will be symbolising and addressing a different ethical issue: Child Labour, Worker Mistreatment and the glorification of the issues within the industry.

DESERTED NATURE 2016
the structure and fluidity throughout this collection represent dessert sand and eroded stone. The garments push the wearer to feel a certain calmness, as the minimal silhouettes and designs are chic and laidback.
